All repairs are assessed and quoted on a case-by-case basis depending on the required parts and scope of work. Equipment evaluation and diagnostics are provided at no charge, allowing customers to review and approve the repair quotation before any work is completed.

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email with your RMA number.

Package and Ship Your Device(s)
Carefully package your device(s) and send them to the address provided in the confirmation email.

Your unit is being serviced
Our tech dept is working on your item/s

Payment Confirmation
Once your unit is serviced, you will receive an email with a link to make a payment online using a credit card – Spectramedx does not accept cash, e-transfer or any other method of payment.

Device(s) Returning
Once payment is received, your unit will be shipped back to you.
