Requesting Service - How it works

Spectramedx offers flat-rate repairs for out-of-warranty ResMed & Lowenstein CPAP devices:

  • ResMed AirSense 10 and AirCurve 10 machines: $399 + tax each with a 90 day warranty 
  • ResMed AirSense 11 and AirCurve 11 machines: $499 + tax each with a 90 day warranty
  • Lowenstein Prisma Smart machines: $550 + tax each with a 90 day warranty 
  • Lowenstein Prisma Soft machines: $550 + tax each with a 90 day warranty 

This comprehensive flat rate includes the cost of all necessary replacement parts, ensuring transparency and efficiency. To expedite service, repairs are initiated immediately upon receipt, and evaluation quotes are not provided under this flat-rate structure.
