Spectramedx offers a flat-rate repair service for out-of-warranty ResMed CPAP devices — all-inclusive, no surprises.
As Canada’s authorized ResMed service partner, our trained technicians repair your device quickly and professionally to help get patients back on therapy with minimal downtime.

 

How to Get Started

  1. Click Request Service in the upper right corner of the website and click Home Care Equipment (i.e. CPAPs)
  2. Complete and submit the repair form
  3. Receive a prepaid shipping label from Spectramedx within 2 business days
  4. Ship your CPAP device to our facility
  5. Device is repaired within 2 business days of receipt
  6. Pay for the invoice emailed to you with a credit card – online or over the phone
  7. Unit is shipped back to you at no additional cost

 

What’s Included in the Flat Rate

  • ResMed AirSense 10 and AirCurve 10 machines: $399 + tax each (parts & labour included)
  • ResMed AirSense 11 and AirCurve 11 machines: $499 + tax each (parts & labour included)
  • Inbound & outbound shipping included — prepaid shipping label provided
  • 2 business-day turnaround time once the device is received
  • 90 days warranty on replaced parts

Requesting Service - How it works

Complete the RMA Request Form
Please fill out the RMA request form provided below.

Receive Confirmation
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email with your RMA number.

Package and Ship Your Device(s)
Carefully package your device(s) and send them to the address provided in the confirmation email.

Your unit is being serviced
Our tech dept is working on your item/s

Payment Confirmation
Once your unit is serviced, you will receive an email with a link to make a payment online using a credit card – Spectramedx does not accept cash, e-transfer or any other method of payment.
6
Device(s) Returning
Once payment is received, your unit will be shipped back to you.
