Resmed repairs Services

Spectramedx is the official and authorized service centre of all ResMed CPAPs in Canada. Our service includes complete repair and calibration of your ResMed CPAP unit(s). Our service is comprised of a $550 CAD flat-rate fee. A flat-rate means your CPAP will be repaired regardless of the type of issue(s) it is having.

Spectramedx currently offers repair services on the AirSense 10 and 11 models and their variations. The S9 unit and ResMed mini are no longer repairable.

Note: As the service is a flat rate, Spectramedx does not provide evaluations, all units are immediately serviced and returned to customer upon arrival.

Spectramedx offers a $399 CAD flat-rate repair service for out-of-warranty ResMed CPAP devices — all-inclusive, no surprises.
As Canada’s authorized ResMed service partner, our trained technicians repair your device quickly and professionally to help get patients back on therapy with minimal downtime.

Payment & Repair Process

  • Payment is collected upfront prior to shipping
  • Once payment is received, Spectramedx will issue a prepaid shipping label
  • Repairs are completed promptly upon receipt of the device

How to Get Started

To begin the repair process, click the “Request Service” button and complete the online form.
Repair steps:
  1. Click Request Service and submit the repair form
  2. Complete payment of the $399 flat rate – invoice will be emailed to you.
  3. Receive a prepaid shipping label from Spectramedx
  4. Ship your CPAP device to our facility
  5. Device is repaired within 2 business days of receipt
  6. Unit is shipped back to you at no additional cost

  • ResMed AirSense 10 (all variants)
  • ResMed AirSense 11 (all variants)
Not supported:
  • ResMed S9 series
  • ResMed AirMini

Warranty Coverage

All replaced parts are covered by a 1-year warranty, starting from the date the repaired device is shipped back to the customer.

Receive Confirmation
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email with your RMA number.

Package and Ship Your Device(s)
Carefully package your device(s) and send them to the address provided in the confirmation email.

Your unit is being serviced
Our tech dept is working on your item/s

Payment Confirmation
Once your unit is serviced, you will receive an email with a link to make a payment online using a credit card – Spectramedx does not accept cash, e-transfer or any other method of payment.

Device(s) Returning
Once payment is received, your unit will be shipped back to you.
