Payment & Repair Process
- Payment is collected upfront prior to shipping
- Once payment is received, Spectramedx will issue a prepaid shipping label
- Repairs are completed promptly upon receipt of the device
How to Get Started
To begin the repair process, click the “Request Service” button and complete the online form.

- Complete payment of the $399 flat rate – invoice will be emailed to you.
- Receive a prepaid shipping label from Spectramedx
- Ship your CPAP device to our facility
- Device is repaired within 2 business days of receipt
- Unit is shipped back to you at no additional cost

Warranty Coverage
All replaced parts are covered by a 1-year warranty, starting from the date the repaired device is shipped back to the customer.

Receive Confirmation
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email with your RMA number.

Package and Ship Your Device(s)
Carefully package your device(s) and send them to the address provided in the confirmation email.

Your unit is being serviced
Our tech dept is working on your item/s

Payment Confirmation
Once your unit is serviced, you will receive an email with a link to make a payment online using a credit card – Spectramedx does not accept cash, e-transfer or any other method of payment.

Device(s) Returning
Once payment is received, your unit will be shipped back to you.
